Cultural Organization Page Information


Feature your cultural organization, artist studio, gallery, or art business in a web page on the Putnam Arts Council site. Use your page to publicize your meetings, classes, activities, and events. If you already have a web site, you can take advantage of the web traffic drawn by the Putnam Arts Council. Your featured web page can include a hot link to your own web site.

Your web page design includes:
  • text
  • graphics
  • pictures
  • hot links
  • e-mail links
  • downloadable MS Word documents
according to your specification.

We will provide the appropriate:
  • colors
  • backgrounds
  • fonts
  • buttons
  • music
  • all the required programming to publish the page
You can provide:
  • photographs
  • MS Word documents
  • special graphics (such as logos)
to be added to your web page.


A link to your web page will be featured on the Putnam Arts Council home page.

The fee for the initial creation of the page will depend on the complexity of the design, and will range from $250 to $500. The fee includes up to two hours of consultation with our web page designer.

A monthly page hosting fee of $15 will be charged after the web page is published.

If you would like to periodically update the information on your web page, modifications will be made at the discounted T&M rate of $50 per hour.

New York State Council on the Arts PAC is a not-for-profit cultural service organization that supports the work of artists and promotes cultural enrichment activities for individuals throughout the region. PAC is supported, in part, with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency, and with public funds from Putnam County.
