ARTSLINK GRANT PROGRAM
Each year the Putnam Arts Council administrates a re-granting program called Artslink. Funding is awarded in all art disciplines for projects which take place in Putnam County and are open to the public. The Artslink program is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and NY State Legislature as well as public funds from Putnam County.

The 2012 grant cycle has concluded. The recipients are listed below. We've left these guidelines up for your information. The 2013 guidelines will be available soon.

Whether you are a visual or performing artist, a writer, filmmaker, historian or folk artist, we invite you to discover ARTS LINK, a program that provides opportunities to share your creative talents with the residents of, and visitors to Putnam County.   ARTS LINK also challenges cultural and community groups to develop arts programming on a local or neighborhood basis.
ARTS LINK provides funding for quality cultural programs that reach broad and diverse audiences, and have a beneficial impact on their local community. Support is available through an application and review process.
